APPLICATION PROCESS

• Mask the area around the headlights with masking tape.
•  Sand the headlights with wet sandpaper and water, starting with P320 or P600 depending on the condition of your headlights. Continue with P800, P1000, P1500, P2000 & P3000 sandpaper. Sanding must be thorough and uniform across the entire surface of the headlight.
•  Pour the chemical into the heating cup past the halfway point, otherwise there is a risk of burning out the heating element.
• Close the heating cup with one of the two lids and wait about 4-5 minutes for the liquid to boil.
•  When you see steam starting to come out of the nozzle, bring it close to the headlight at a distance of about 5cm, starting from the bottom and moving upwards with a horizontal left-to-right motion, moving up with slow movements without leaving any gaps.
• You will be finished in less than a minute, and after 10 minutes your headlight will be ready.
