  • Safe for use on all paint finishes, even scratch-resistant clear coats.
  • BSS - Body Shop Safe.
  • APPLICATION METHOD: Use by hand, with a DA dual action polisher, or a rotary polisher.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • SHAKE WELL. Apply to a clean, cool surface that has been properly cured. Work in sections.
  • Hand Application: Excellent for door pillar and spot sanding. Simply apply the product onto a soft cloth (X2010EU) and rub the desired surface. Wipe off residue with a clean side of the cloth.
  • With DA Dual Action Polisher: Apply compound directly onto a cutting pad (DFC5). Set the polisher to 4-5 (For MT310 at 4,800-5,800 opm’s). Apply moderate pressure for the first 2-3 passes and then light pressure for the next 2 passes. Wipe off residue immediately after each panel.
  • With Rotary Polisher: Set the polisher to approximately 1200-1800 RPMs and use a wool pad (WRWC8). To prime new or old pads, mist with M34 Final Inspection. Apply compound directly to the paint and work in a 5x5 cm area using overlapping passes. Continue until defects or sanding marks are removed. Wipe off residue with a microfiber towel (X2010EU or E101) before continuing with polishing.
For best results on OEM factory paint, use lower speed at 1200-1500 RPMs and less pressure. For less aggressive cutting, use a cutting pad (WRFC7).
  • For final polishing, use M20532 Ultra Finishing Polish with the corresponding pad.
  • For optimal results, wash pads/foams regularly.
